Welcome to all!



Dear students or alumni of the Río Piedras Campus, through this page you can process your credit transcript request online, in an agile, fast and secure way, from any place with an internet connection.

The application process consists of completing a electronic form in its entirety. You can request the transcript of official credits or a student copy. The cost of each application is $ 5.00 payable at the time of the transaction.

The student copy will be received immediately at the e-mail address registered with the request. The official transcript will be processed by the Registrar's Office and send by mail within the next 7 business days to the address you provide. Official copies are not issued to students by USPS Mail or by email. We only send Official Copies to academic institutions or labor offices by USPS mail. It is important that you write the correct postal address of the recipient. We are not responsible for transcripts that do not reach their destination by incorrect postal addresses. Transcripts returned to our office by incorrect postal addresses will not be honored.

The database of available electronic records includes students who have studied at the Río Piedras campus from the academic year 1992-1993 to the present. Records previous to 1992 will also be processed by electronic payments. They will be reproduced in print by the Registrar's Office and will be send by mail within the next 7 business days to the address you provide.

REMEMBER!



This is a LIVE system and as such, your record will be produced with the academic information available. Transcripts with academic degrees or final grades for the current term will be available only after the academic calendar and administrative procedures are finished.

YOU CANNOT: Use any accents or symbols, either on your name or the postal address. When doing the request, please use a computer or tablet, since the page throw errors when on mobile device.



YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST AND PAY AGAIN IF:
• you had an error on the email address or the language selected on the student copy.
• you had an error on the email address or language selected on the official transcript.
• you did not attach any required document on the official transcript section or if you failed to provide any signature or information on the required document.



Weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm (Puerto Rico time zone), the system can be subject to maintenance processes, so the application will not be available. During the weekend, the system works 24/7.
